Vintage 14K Gold & Enamel Israeli Chai Pendant

Made in Israel, this circa 1970 14K gold pendant features the word "Chai" set atop—and slightly offcenter--a ring accented by flowers enamelled in red, blue, and green. The lettering has a polished finish, while the background ring is Florentined and has a pretty scalloped-effect edging it.

Measuring 1" in diameter and weighing 5.1 grams, the pendant has the following hallmarks on the back: 14K, the Israeli 585 assay mark, "SG" (the sponsor's mark), and "2" (the assay office number).

Very good/excellent, with superficial scratches to the back (please note that these are quite minor and exaggerated greatly in the flash photo; the non-flash photo reflects them accurately but doesn't capture the bright color of the gold).
