Lovely circa 1950s goldtone stick pin from Miriam Haskell features a layered design with rose and peridot roses montees and prong-set glass pearls wired to leaf-shaped findings. The clutch is her familiar flower design, dangling 3 pearls and with a matching pink rose montee in the center.
Signature is an oval cartouche stamped “Miriam Haskell”, soldered to the filigree back; this signature cartouche was first used in 1950-51, according to Cathy Gordon, author with Sheila Pamfiloff of “Miriam Haskell Jewelry”.
Measuring 3 ½” high and 1 ¾” across, the pin is in excellent condition, with a touch of wear to the finish of the clutch and of the pin stem.
