NAVAJO Sterling Gemstone Feminine Cuff

Only a Navajo woman silversmith could make such a lovely uniquely feminine cuff bracelet. I have never seen one like this and it may not have been made for tourist trade but for personal use. The top decorated with applied silver feathers, buds and tendrils. The top stone appears to be made from natural rough quartz and looks like a sweet rosebud. The 2 green oval cabochons are either chrysophase or jade.

The top measures 2" by 2-1/4" -slightly off oval - you know that it is handmade because the shape isn't perfect. It is mounted on 3 bands with inside measurement of 5-1/4" with a slightly flexible 1-1/4". Will fit a smaller size wrist.

Not marked but tests sterling. I lightly polished it with a cloth leaving most of the patina.

Excellent vintage condition. Total weight 49.8gr.
