Mexican Cloth Doll Family
This set of four dolls, circa the mid 20th century, has a great character presence. I particularly like the little girl who appears to be ready to sprint away from her father the minute his attention strays. All four dolls have molded and painted exaggerated facial features with black yarn hair wigs. They are in excellent all original condition. The father is 8 inches tall, the mother 7 inches tall, and the little girl is 5 inches tall. I find this family vignette both appealing and, in some way, heartwarming in its depiction of humanity.
