Bali Carved Owl Totem Necklace of Bone & Cubic Zirconia, 21 Inches

The spacers are 4mm sterling silver cubes, also from Bali, as are the sterling bead caps. The large S-clasp and the two intriguing 15x12mm rectangular beads are silver plate over white bronze. The pendant measures 2-1/8 by 1-3/8 inches (54x36mm).

No bird has as much myth and mystery surrounding it as the owl. It is a symbol of the feminine, the moon, and the night. It has been called a cat with wings. The owl is the bird of magic and darkness, of prophecy and wisdom.
