19th C Atmospheric Landscape Oil on Canvas in Original Antique Frame - Signed
This is a beautiful painting in it's original knockout of a 19th C frame, and as you know, these old frames by themselves can fetch handsome prices. But I wouldn't dream of separating these two old friends, they've been together far too long.
CONDITION is great with no losses or repairs, just what you would hope for. Signed at the lower right, "Coraut ?" "Coraul ?" "Covaut ?" I'm just not sure. Measures approximately 14 1/2" x 17 1/4" overall, with the canvas on it's stretchers measuring 9" x 12".
I love being able to offer wonderful antique paintings like this, they are truly timeless. Enjoy!
