20th C Signed Landscape Oil Painting - Beach Scene
This painting has an upbeat Mid-Century vibe to me, the colors, execution, it's whole gestalt.
CONDITION is as good as you would wish, this piece is framed and ready to hang. Signed by the artist "S. Phillis," the dust cover is also signed "Stephen Phillis." There is only the most minor wear to the frame. Measures 13 1/2"x 15 5/8" overall, with a sight size of 9 1/2" x 11 1/2".
