Woman in a Pink Dress - Portrait - Oil on Canvas

One of two portraits I recently acquired from the estate of contemporary painter Margaret Dorfman. She seems to capture something special about each subject, and I'm always impressed by how a good painter can make seemingly abstract daubs and strokes come together into a likeness.

CONDITION is great. The texture of the canvas reflects my lights and makes it appear as if portions of the painting are sprinkled with white dots, particularly the darker areas and more so in the closeup - not so, the photography is just challenging for me sometimes. Unsigned, but guaranteed to be her work. Measures 16" x 20".

Ready to accept your frame, or hang it as it is for a more rustic look. Enjoy!
