Georgian Sterling Silver Basket ~ William Plummer ~ 18th Century

Here’s an Ornate Pierced Sterling Silver Basket, made in 1760-61, in London, England. It has an engraved crest at the bottom of the bowl, and is footed. It bears full hallmarks for William Plummer

This Lovely antique measures 6” long x 5” wide, and stands 2” tall. It weighs 188.8 gms. Over 6 oz.

Condition is Very Good. There are tiny superficial scratches on the bottom of the bowl, and deeper scratches on the very bottom. The handle is missing. Otherwise, there are no dents or dings, and the basket sits straight and true on its feet.
