Vintage 2 strand specialty bead necklace. The hook clasp is signed Coro but I am sure this was a factory mistake, someone accidentally put a Coro clasp on a piece from the Vendome line made by Coro. The entire look of the necklace says Vendome, right down to the oak leaf findings that Coro used in their Vendome line. The necklace measures 19" long, adjustable with hook clasp to 21" long. The beads are simulated pearls in various sizes and colors, some with an all over texture, some iridescent. My favorite beads on this necklace are the sliced glass beads with irregular shapes and an iridescent sheen like aurene glass. I have never seen this bead before and would love to know where the Coro company purchased them! My second favorite are the rare mink colored nail head crystals that Coro ordered from the Swarovski company. There are some flea bites on the iridescent Art glass slice beads, otherwise this necklace is in good condition.
