Rare 3 piece set of early unsigned Hollycraft jewelry. This set was made in the 1940's. It is made up of a brooch, bracelet and assemblage piece. The pieces are gold plated with cold painted enamel, simulated pearls and ruby red, blue and emerald green rhinestones and Peking glass cabochons in an Austro Hungarian style. The bracelet measures 6 3/4" long. The bracelet has 7 rows of box chain measuring 3/4" wide together. The center plaque measures 1 5/8" x 1 5/8". It has a fold over clasp. The pin/brooch measures 4 1/8" long and 2 1/4" at the widest. It consists of a bar pin and a pendant suspended from 7 lengths of box chain. The 3rd piece appears to be an assemblage. It has 2 pieces, a 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" cross pin suspending a 1 1/8" x 7/8" pendant with a fur clip finding. On the reverse of the pin and the fur clip pendant you can see remnants of silver solder, this piece has been altered. It was originally was the chatelaine piece to this set, 2 pieces connected by box chain. This piece can be seen in its' original state on the Aged & Opulent Jewelry site under Hollycraft. Some of the simulated pearls are missing their coatings. Some of the tiny blue chaton rhinestones are different shades showing that they are obvious replacements.
