1930's Whiting Davis gold tone mesh tam hat
Circa 1930's Whiting & Davis Company Tam style hat. This is not signed but it was made by Whiting & Davis. There is a little gold metal cabachon at the top of the cap, there are 7 sections of mesh connected in a swirl pattern. The rim measures 22" in circumference. It measures 6" from cap tip in the center out to the rim. The rim has an overturned edge. This piece is very rare and in excellent condition. It is fresh from a Wenham Massachusetts estate.
