Antique Roman Micro Mosaic cross with seven Roman sights, 19th century

This is an antique Roman Micro Mosaic cross depicting six Roman sights like S. Peterīs cathedral, San Giovanni in Laterano, Santa Maria Maggiore, the Coliseum and flowers on a turquoise ground. The tesserae are tiny and smooth to the touch. They are in perfect condition , only one Micro Mosaic has a little repair. The Micro Mosaic is set in a metal cross which has a ring so that it can be fixed on a wall. The cross is in perfect condition and dated at the 19th century. Length: 7.9"( 20cm) Width: 4.2"( 12cm)
