Antique Russian traveling Icon depicting the Holy Virgin. The left part shows the Holy Mother of Joy of All Who Sorrow , the right part shows the Holy Mother of Hodegetria. The Icon is fine crafted in various brown and red tones. It is painted tempera on wood and drying oil. The two wooden boards are set in a metal frame. The Icon is in excellent condition and dated at the early 19th century.
