Antique Miniature portrait of a young lady set in yellow gold, dated at the 19th century
This is a lovely miniature depicting a young lady in a blue dress. The miniature is rendered on bone and has beautiful soft colours.The portrait is mounted behind convex glass in a fine crafted yellow gold( acid tested) mounting . On the back side the mounting has glazed oval with a hair inside. Probably a souvenir of a close person. The miniature is in perfect condition and dated at the second half of the 19th century.
