A very special and unusual Micro Mosaic hand mirror dated at the 19th century

This is an early 19th century Micro Mosaic hand mirror. The entire item is encrusted with tiny tesserae which are depicting blue and white flowers on a white and turquoise ground.The colours are a soft turquoise, white, blue and green. The Micro Mosaic is in perfect condition , there are no tesserae missing or damaged. A beautiful beveled mirror is inlaid. The Micro Mosaic is set in brass. The item is in perfect condition and dated at the early 19th century. Length: 11.8"(30cm) Width: 3.9"(10cm)
