The bonnet comes from an antique French millinery estate and having never been used, is as fresh as in the 1840s!
The embroidery is mostly floral decorative motifs, which was the fashion during the reign of Louis Philippe.
MEASUREMENTS: Around the face: 14". Depth: 5 1/2".
CONDITION: Excellent for its 150 years or so. Only a few pinholes in the tulle. Not really noticeable.
