Vintage 20s Large French Art DECO Cradle Cross Pendant Faux Tortoiseshell Turquoise Glass WOW!

The cross is made of an early plastic (or celluloid) all hand inset with turquoise glass and minuscule brass nails all around.

The celluloid is also carved at the front, though it is unclear if this was stamped into the material or also done by hand.

This is such a beauty! And so original.

The cross is large, but also light, and it can be worn today by men or women, on a simple cord or ribbon.

It can also be displayed on a shelf or hanged on a wall.

The cross has not aged at all, and should remain as beautiful for another Century easily!

CONDITION In very good condition. The celluloid ring on top is split. This does not affect wearing the cross with a cord or ribbon, but it may affect wearing it with a chain.

For a chain, I would recommend removing the ring altogether, and slipping the chain into the hole. Or replace the ring with a metal ring or bale.
