A matching pair of antique French silver napkin rings, both decorated in the guilloche manner with oval cartouches. The are being listed just in time for the holidays to give or dress up your own tables.
French, circa 1900, the pair are marked for .800 silver as denoted by the Tete de Sanglier mark. A little less than .925 or .950 sterling; however, still very good quality. The maker's mark is still be researched.
Measurements; 1 5/8" X 2" diameter, weight 74 grams.
Condition report, surface scratches normal for age and use, small ding on edge of one napkin ring which could easily be removed, a little more polishing needed inside.
