An antique cobalt blue porcelain perfume flask hand painted with enamel flowers and gilt work. A trio of gold flowers with raised enamel petals accent both sides. The heart shaped bottle has a sterling silver screw on top.
Late English Victorian, 1900. The silver cap is fully hallmarked for the year 1900 and .925 sterling silver.
Hallmark for English sterling silver as denoted by the Lion Passant, Leopard's face for the assay town of London, and date letter "e" for 1900. Maker's mark, DL for Schindler & Co. David Loebl, originally the London Branch of Schindler & Co, Gablonz, taken over by David Loebl
Measurements; 2 ½" long from top to bottom X 1 7/8 wide X ½" deep
Condition; very good, wear to gilt in accordance with age and use, a small flake off the porcelain edge where top screws on. Small dings on silver top
