Eapg Jefferson Custard glass 'fleur de lis' winged scroll
This Beautiful antique custard glass eapg footed dresser jar / vanity puff box is the Jefferson Glass 'Fleur-de-Lis' pattern, circa 1908. This creamy yellow Jefferson custard glass eapg pattern is often mistaken for Heisey's 'Winged Scroll' pattern in their 'Ivorina Verde' color - the patterns are very similar. This is a custard glass Souvenir item with a pattern of four large, gold highlighted elegant embossed 'fleur de lis' and delicate hand-painted roses and foliage all around. The faint souvenir etching reads: "Souvenir Ohio Valley 1910". This small bowl could even be an open sugar - it measures 2 1/2 inches tall X 3 1/4 inches across the top rim. In Excellent condition with NO chips or cracks! Just Minor expected wear, and teeny surface scratches to the painted details! This antique custard glass glows a Very bright green under uv blacklight! You don't see this Jefferson Glass Fleur de lis / Winged scroll pattern very often! A real antique Gem that you will treasure!
