Genuine Moss Agate Brass Box

This wonderful Moss Agate box is in the style of Limoges Boxes. It has a detailed and lovely Brass hinge and surround. But what makes this a special piece is that it has been hand carved from Moss Agate.

I have always been drawn to Moss Agate because of the lacey detail that the moss, frozen in time in the stone, adds to the beautiful colors of the Agate.

Excellent condition on this little box which is 3' by 1 1/2" and weighs 67.3 grams due to the authenticity of the Agate stone.
