Vintage Birmingham Sterling Agate Anchor Brooch

This is a classic Anchor brooch. It is hallmarked Birmingham 'a' and maker Lo. It weighs 6.1 grams and is 1 7/8" by 1 1/16". It has a secure clasp and is in pretty good condition for its age. It has lost most of the Jet which was in the arms of the anchor. I think that to have that space empty does not detract from the look of the Brooch. Great to own a stylish vintage beauty with so much meaning.
