Gold and turquoise cluster ring made in the 1970s. This item is perfect being made up of a 14kt yellow gold for the band which holds a number of turquoise accents for the center design. These are mined round Persian turquoise gemstones that are tiered leading up to a large centerpiece. The ring has 12 small turquoise cabochons that measure 2.5mm in diameter and are prong set in the 14kt gold mounting. These cabochons are set together and are spaced by 6 larger Persian turquoise gems that measure 3.5mm in diameter. These all surround the center turquoise cabochon which measures 6.25mm in diameter and has a natural robin's egg blue tone and smooth luster and sheen. The inside of the ring band is signed "14K" on one side and has the designer's hallmark on the other side. The ring measures a size 6 1/2 and is in excellent condition with no wear to the gold or Persian turquoise accents. It also comes with a button clasp box that insures that it stays clean and free of possible damage.
