Rare Hattie Carnegie Exclusive Blue Topaz Ring Holder

A very rare and I do mean VERY RARE Hattie Carnegie piece. This is an accessory ring holder made by Hattie Carnegie with a very unique signature. Signed Hattie Carnegie Exclusive, this item is made into a small figural that has a gold plated metal base that is accented by turquoise colored cabochons around the exterior. This leads up to a round figural head that looks like a PAC-MAN character. The head has a hinge that connects two gold plated metal half circles. The face has a bent strand of gold plated metal for the mouth, a round gold plated metal nose, and two light blue pear cut stones for eyes. The figure has a triangular gold plated metal hat and a twisted gold tone metal strand behind the hat which reminds me of a feather. When you open the figures head there is a hollowed out space that can be used to hold your rings or other trinkets that could fit inside. The bottom of the holder is signed "Hattie Carnegie Exclusive" which is a rare mark not used on many of her items. The signature is a bit worn and it appears that there is a word after "exclusive" but I cannot make it out. The item measures 1 3/4" long by 1 1/4" in width and has no damage to the metal or stones whatsoever.
