Large Majolica Platter (Charger) with Cherubs

I inherited this lovely majolica platter or charger and don't know anything about it. There are marks on the back which I have shown but I have not been able to make anything out; I don't even know the country of origin. If anyone can help me with the identification, I would appreciate it. The charger is 13.5 inches in diameter and has fine colors. I have shown some of the decoration in detail. The piece is in excellent condition. It was made with two holes on the back for hanging on the wall.
