Gorgeous, multi color, undersea design on this Syracuse China, Econo Rim, planter. Ordinarily, the condition would have prevented me from buying it, but it's so unusual, and displays so well, that it deserves a place in a collection of vintage, 1950s restaurantware or air brushed pottery. I've included several photos. In general, there are 3 hairline cracks that have been glued. Only a small chip on the rim has been lost, and shows from any distance. It measures a little over 3 inches tall, by 4&1/4 wide, by 2&1/2 inches deep. I wouldn't expect it to hold water (I haven't tried), but you could certainly set a plant in it, use it to hold sugar packets, pens, or whatever, or display it proudly in a collection.
I currently have several pieces of restaurantware in my shop, including Wallace China and Tepco, and am happy to combine shipping. To see them all, type, "restaurantware" in the search box at the top of this page.
If you are ordering more than one item from my shop, wait to pay until I send back an invoice with the combined shipping discount.
