Large Gorgeous Antique Tramp Art Box

A large, beautiful, intricately hand carved lidded box that is lined on the bottom inside, and accented on the outside with burgundy/red velvet. Even the 2 piece little feet on the bottom are carved. Inside is a metal bar that holds the lid up (like some older car hoods!). The hinges are strong and work smoothly. The lid and box line up perfectly. There is a lock, but no key. There is a 1&1/2 inch section, on the side of the lid, where the carved tips are missing. The same flaw is on a bottom section, in the back. You can see both in the photos, if you look carefully. Otherwise, just beautiful condition. It measures 12 inches wide, by 6 inches tall, by 8 inches deep. It weighs over 3 pounds, before packing.
