What a great looking, vintage, Christmas candy container this is! His body is glass, and his head, which is also the lid, is heavy plastic. There are NO chips or cracks, but there is paint loss on his arms, belt, white, fur trim, and his boots. The front and back of his suit were never painted, to better reveal the candy pellets that were inside. Although his head should be removable, this one is on very tight, and I don't want to force it off. This one is missing the paper label, originally on the bottom, that states that is was made in 1947 by the J.H. Millstein Co. Jeanette, PA.
I currently have several other vintage, Christmas, Halloween and Easter items in my shop, and am happy to combine shipping. To see them all, type, "holiday" in the search box at the top of the page
