Antique French Tortoise Shell Coin Purse Pewter Inlay c 1860

Charming little tortoise shell coin purse, from France & dating 1860. Pewter inlay comprised of shield (NO MONOGRAM!) and floral spray with foliage. Size is roughly 2 1/2" long, 2" wide and 3/4" deep. Inside silk lining in good condition, all hinges in good shape. No maker's mark.
