Lovely Hand Carved Mother of Pearl Sea Shell w/ Butterfly & Flowers
A very pretty hand carved mother of Pearl Sea Shell. The shell features a lovely Butterfly & Floral motif and is carved with nice attention to detail. It is hard to tell the age but it does not look contemporary, I believe it ia Asian in origin, possibly Chinese. The sea shell is large at 7 1/4" x 7 1/4". It is in very good overall condition. The shell would make a lovely decorative accessory in an antique decor.
