Antique Middle Eastern Wood Box with Brass Straps and Studding
A nice antique ethnographic box. The box looks like it is Middle Eastern, it is made from wood and decorated with brass straps and studs. The slide top has a handle and the box has a lock but no key. Inside is a lift out tray and compartments. Overall dimensions are 12 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 4 5/8" high excluding the handle. The studded box is in good overall condition. the only thing to note is a piece of wood missing from the slide top, see photos. The box would be perfect in a Folk Art decor.
