Super Rare Opalescent "Sheldon Swirl Shade & Lamp" with Great Red Brass Patina !!!
The #2 Burner's thumbwheel is marked : "The Grand * M.B. Co.NY." (Manhattan Brass Company)
The slip-on Shade Holder Ring is clearly Die Stamped Underneath with double patent dates as follows : "PAT. July 29,1873 & MAY 15,1877"
Chimney is Mint, 10 inches High, with a 3 inch slip fitter, and a Cylinder shaped flame area. It is factory acid etched marked at the top of the flue : "MacBeth #63 Pearl Glass"
Measurements : Overall is 20 inches High from base to top of tall Chimney. Base to top of fount collar is 8 1/2 inches. Shade is 5 inches High, with a flange lip fitter of 5 inches.
Weighs 3 Pounds and 11.7 Ounces completely assembled.

The Mint Glass Fount is flawless !
The Shade is Near Mint, with one normal flea bite from factory rough-cut & rough-polishing the top and bottom edges.
The Burner is in Near Mint Condition, with Excellent detailed thumbwheel. The Shade Holder Ring is Very Fine with Excellent Die Stamped Patent Dates.
Chimney is Mint with the Factory Box as seen in last photo.
