Near Mint EAPG Shade with 9 Paneled "Starburst in Wreath" Pattern. Ca. 1910. Probably some Mercury added into the glass to create a Halophane shimmer effect.

Can be used on a 4 inch Gas Fitter or a 4 inch Oil Lamp Shade Ring, with or without set screws. Group of gas shades which were from an old house were Found inside the barn/stable that was untouched since 1946.

Fits a Standard 4 inch shade holder, since this has an exact 3 15/16 inch flanged lip base fitter.

The top & bottom edges are undamaged.

Stands 3 5/8 inches High and 7 1/2 inches wide at top opening.

Weighs 1 Pound and 1.6 Ounces.

Condition : No Cracks or chips on any exposed shade areas. Has normal EAPG sharp edges of glass on the inside of the flange lip fitter mold seam, which will not be seen when in shade holder.

(Shown Lit with a 60 watt florescent bulb. Design would be even more pronounced in center of shade with a lower wattage bulb, or Gas Flame)
