Antique Child's Alphabet Plate ~ English Staffordshire Brown Transferware

This is a wonderful child's alphabet plate. Marked England Staffordshire it dates from 1880 perhaps until the early 1900's. A white plate with brown transfer. It depicts a calamity between 2 children and their wagons in the garden! There is some wear to the edge as shown. There is also a smudge on the transfer, done in the factory process. These transfers were laid by hand. It measures a hair over 7.25" No cracks or repairs. There is a stain on the back as shown.
