Often referred to as Optical Illusion Art (anthropomorphic), this famous NY City Victorian Era Portrait Artist, John de Yonge (1856-1917), created these from 1905-1909 era. It portrays The faces of a father, mother and child hidden inside a lovely bow tie. Printed by Edward Gross, NY, NY, presented in original raised wooden frame. It has some slight staining along the top left edge and bottom edge, as shown. Exterior measure: 17.25" x 13.50"; Interior 15.75" x 11.75". Original backing and wire. Back dust paper missing. It is in good condition and the stains could be covered by modern archival matting. They are slight and could be left alone. A great gift for new parents or Grandparents!! This has been in my collection for years. As always, we welcome questions
