This is a pair of French Limoges bouillon cups and saucers dating to the 19th century, circa 1892 to 1907. The maker of the porcelain is Tressemann & Vogt.
The soup cups and saucers are studio decorated outside of the factory; the sets are hand painted with flowers and leaves, and shaded a burnt red as the darker color and shading to a pale mauve color.
The painting is different on each dish, so the cups and saucers are mix and match.
The handles are split, quite pretty.
Each cup is 1 7/8" by 3 ½". Each saucer is 5 ½". The cup ring on one saucer is more pronounced than the other saucer, which means a different blank might have been used for each saucer.
The saucers are unmarked. The cups are a green underglaze T&V inside a box with France below.
There are no chips, nicks or crazing.
