Crystal BEACON Innovation Line Cut Glass Open Handled Sugar Bowl by McKee Vintage 1916

Very heavy open glass sugar bowl in the Beacon Innovation pattern made by McKee from 1916 through the early 1920's. This line is a pressed glass pattern with the addition of various different cuttings. Many different pattern were produced using various combinations. This sugar bowl has a pressed cane design with cut six-petaled flowers on smooth panels located on each side and on the very bottom of the piece.

Measurements: 7" wide including handles x 3-1/2" x 3" tall at the top of handle. Weight is 1-1/4 pounds!

AKA: Pattern #410

Very good condition! Not absolutely perfect but its minor flaws are not noticed when displayed, only when closely examined. On the top of one of the smooth panels on one side of the bowl, there are two shallow flake type chips. One is located on the inside top of the panel and one is on the outside. There are also two tiny chips on the top rim teeth. Besides this, the outside bottom has some scratching/scuffing and there is a small amount of scuffing on the lower area of the sides of the bowl. As you can see, it displays beautifully and its minor damage isn't readily noticeable.
