Mid 19th century Native American Folk Art cane with finely carved head of cane featuring an eagle in full hunting posture. An unusual inlaid circular seal has the owners' initials carved which defines this cane beauty. A hole was also placed in the cane so that a leather strap could be utilized for carrying purposes.
The head of cane gives one two separate impressions. That of a horse and eagle combined into one. Original patina and light blond wood in excellent condition.
An exceptional cane worthy of the best collections. 39 inches in length.
