Several years ago a friend of mine sold me an ultra rare carte de visite image of a fully armed Chiricahua Apache Warrior. At one point in time this image was mint in condition until his dog grabbed it from a stack of cdv’s and begin to work his molars to the great detriment of time and history. This is the blunt truth and as Jack Benny would state; and you see and you know. I bought this image from him in the present condition as you see fully framed. This image was, is worth thousands. I can no longer carry the torch or burden of knowing what it once was. By far this portrait is mesmerizing even under the canine battlefield it was drafted. Look at that face. Look at that warrior.
