1870's Fort Snelling,Minnesota Soldiers w/HUGE FLAG Albumen Photo

Scarce 1870’s 15’ x 18 albumen photograph of Indian Wars soldiers at Fort Snelling,Minnesota. This photograph was purchased at a Nashville,Tn. Civil War show about 15 years ago by a walk in. Photograph has surface problems including dings, scratches and paper loss. But I bought it due to its extreme rarity and size. The image actually displays better than the photos indicate. Anything from Fort Snelling this time period is as rare as hen’s teeth. Likely some of these soldiers pictured may have died at Little Big Horn. First time offered from my personal collection.
