A Painting So Bad It's Good...Well Maybe Not

When I first saw this painting hanging in an abandoned house above an old fireplace, it caught my attention like fresh road kill. The painting was so bad it was good. Six decapitated African-American boys heads willfully flying around searching for the villain who created this abomination. And the suspect in the crime was by an artist who signed his name as J.Calva. Let's call him Junior Calva for the sake of argument. Let's call him Junior because he could have no other name. Junior created this eye sore in the year 1970. And somehow 39 years later it has survived without being burned, torched, buried or prayed over. That is testament to the high regard of mediocrity our society embraces. This "Work of Art" measures 20" x 24" inches and is on canvas. There is room for this painting somewhere in your garage.
