An interesting grouping of four primitive South Pacific 13" x 18 inch paintings that appear to be done on silk. Each painting is signed ORION and dated in the year 1931. The scenes depict native activities, wildlife and landscapes. There are three paintings that depict Fiji and New Zealand interest. In particular the New Zealand painting is of the Tuakov Farm. Each work of art is identified as to the place and year. Charming works of art that certainly have to be scarce given the population and limited travel to Fiji and New Zealand during this time period.
