c.1898 pamphlet published by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company on the evils of not owning Life Insurance. The Met does a good job in placing the fear of God into anyone considering not accepting their sales pitch on life insurance. Turns out the only people they ever paid off where those hit by a steam engine while riding a white buffalo on a full moon across Navajo territory. Something Florida home owners insurance policy holders are familiar with.
