This vintage 1950's kitchen helper set No. 4925 is from Stanley Home Products. The box states it is a 3 piece set but sadly I only have two of the items. The box has a brown handled hand grater which has an offset handle. The box states it grates vegetables, fruits, cheese etc. The orange box reads that the tenderizer makes an economy cut of meat tender and tasty. The tenderizer rotates on a wheel when pressure is applied. This box is missing the serverette. The box has a very dated picture of a women attending a "Get acquainted Stanley hostess party and definitely dates the box from the 50's or 60's. The box reads Stanley Home Products INC distr., Westfield , Massachusetts, made and printed in U.S.A. The handles test with 409-test as Bakelite. It also comes with a tenderizer. The handles have a brown tortoise shell look. The tool portion is stainless steel and is marked as such. The weight of this item is 1 pound. The open window orange box is quite attractive and although it is worn in some places would display well. A really fun piece for display or for the kitchen tool collector.
