California Pottery Yellow Pedestal Relish Lazy Susan

This 5 piece Lazy Susan pottery serving set in yellow and white is really very versatile. The base is a wood pedestal 12 ½ inches wide. On top of that are three 10 ½ inch crescent shaped yellow dishes that set in a ridge on the wood base. In the center is a 7 inch three divided round dish with a pedaled edge and a gold metal round ring handle. I can see this set used in several ways. You could use the wood pedestal alone or you could remove the white center pottery dish and serve something else in the center. You could remove the outside yellow dishes and serve crackers on the wood surface and place three types of spreads in the white bowl. Lastly, you could use it all and serve vegetables with dips in the center. I see no chips or cracks in these pieces. The back of each pottery piece is marked Made in USA 300 S.
