Old Fine Silk Gown With Lace
Lovely old silk lightweight crepe nightgown with ornate lace, and in good condition. The pale peach silk is sturdy, some issues with the ecru lace, see photos. Lace trim panels down the front on both sides and also around the arm tapering down to a V. This lovely antique gown measures 45" long from shoulder to bottom, bust and hip each 34" or a little smaller, 2 yards around the hem bottom. Definitely wearable with a little care, and the lace issues can be stabilized by a seamstress. Prior owner name embroidered on the front "Grace". We think this was made in France as we acquired this in a group of elegant sleepwear and one item had the original France maker label.
