Blessed Maria Vittoria Victoria Fornari Strata Reliquary

Nice hand made soft reliquary for Blessed Maria Vittoria, also known as Mary Victoria Fornari-Strata. It has the relic mounted on the label over a gold foil background in a raffia woven border under a mylar window, with a print of the Nun on the back. It measures 1 & 3/8" across and is in good condition. This came to us as a gift from another collector and has been in our personal collection and care. Maria was one of the founders and first Superior of the Blue Nuns in Europe. She was beatified in 1828, and her canonization is pending. If you acquire this reliquary and receive blessings or miracles through her intercession, it should be reported to the Vatican or your local Bishop. Her memorial day is September 12.
