Saint Gerard Reliquary Card

Lovely and quite old reliquary card for Saint Gerard, we assume Gerard Majella due to the source we acquired this from. It is a hand made reliquary from the estate of a Nun in Canada and in good condition, having been in our personal collection and care for many years. On the front is a small red backing material on which is sewn with green threads a small tuft of either fibers or hair, we just can't tell. The name Saint Gerard is written in lovely script. The card measures 1 & 3/8" by 1 & 1/8", a nice size for a pocket reliquary, or it can of course be placed inside a more permanent home reliquary.
