Sterling Silver Heart Charm Two Hearts In a Heart From a Fine Old Collection of Puffy & Sterling Hearts
Offering for sale a beautiful older sterling silver heart charm, marked sterling on the back. It features two smaller hearts side by side, surrounded by repousse or embossed ornate designs, what a fabulous design ! It measures 3/4" long, and is in good condition, with only the tiniest of dings on the back. This came from the collection of a fine antiques dealer and heart collector on a necklace of forty plus hearts I bought from her over 20 years ago. I have not polished this heart in quite a while, as I love the patina of old silver, but it can be much more shiny if one desired so. These hearts are usually referred to as puffy hearts, and on the puffiness scale, this one is moderately puffy, not fat, not flat.
